HUGE day
2 very exciting things have gone down in the last day, things that mankind will remember forever:
1) Physicists have discovered the once only theoretical "Higgs boson" or "God particle", which will help answer age-old questions about the origins of the universe and is a huge advancement in science....
2) ...and the Dodgers are back in 1st place. The last couple of weeks were pretty brutal (3 straight shutouts against the Giants, I mean, cmon) but it appears that balance has been restored to the universe. Guys are getting healthy, we've weathered the storm, and we're ready for the 2nd half of the season.
